About Us
Brad Roub, CFP
Vice President/Investments
With more than two decades of experience in investment planning and wealth management, Brad helps individuals and businesses clarify their financial priorities, develop strategies that are designed to grow and preserve their assets, and craft sustainable approaches to retirement income and risk management plans. His goal is to help clients distribute wealth and leave a lasting legacy in the most tax-efficient way possible.
Brad’s approach centers on the core pillars of comprehensive wealth management:

By assisting clients through this process, Brad helps them keep their long-term goals in focus every step of the way.
Brad obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2007 from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination.
A passionate advocate for community service, Brad and his family actively supports local charities and their church. For more than 20 years, he has served AMIkids, a national nonprofit helping at-risk youth, and is a former National Board Chair. Locally, he serves on the Board of AMIkids Space Coast and the Board of Directors for Pietas Classical Christian School.
Originally from Ohio, Brad moved to Brevard County in 1984 and earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 1992. He began his financial career with Morgan Stanley in 2002 and transitioned to Stifel in 2021, where he now serves as Vice President/Investments in the Melbourne, Florida, branch.
Brad and his wife, Debbie, have been happily married for more than 30 years. Together, they enjoy life with their five children, one grandson, and two Goldendoodles.
Ellen Cunningham
Senior Registered Client Service Associate
Ellen began her financial services career in 1979 and joined Stifel in 2013. Prior to joining Stifel, she worked in operational roles at Pershing, Security Pacific Clearing Corp., and Prudential, and in customer services roles at the American Stock Exchange, A.G. Edwards, and Wells Fargo.
Ellen is committed to providing effective and personalized service to help clients with their account-related needs. She is dedicated to treating every client with respect and listens and communicates clearly. Ellen holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Lisa Mercado
Registered Client Service Associate
Lisa Mercado holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses. Her primary focus is to lead endeavors to continually build our business by maintaining quality measures to keep our clients engaged with us. She also oversees all communications, social media, and events.
Lisa’s career of more than 25 years includes a spectrum of experiences in sales, marketing, relationship management, business development, communications, and event planning. As a result of her unique skill set, the firms and organizations that Lisa represented experienced consistent business growth during her tenure.
Lisa truly enjoys people and strives to understand what they value and what brings them joy. She understands how to nurture relationships while creating an excellent service experience, and Lisa strives to maintain satisfied clients who feel comfortable passing along a referral.
Raised in a proud military family. Her parents established roots in Palm Bay, Florida, where she spent her formative years. She continued her education by earning a bachelor’s degree at Florida State University.
Between her career, being a wife and mother, Lisa makes room for her passion of dance fitness. Her entrepreneur spirit developed and co-founded the two programs “Trekdancing with StrutSauce” and “Live2Dance”. When she’s not creating choreography, you’ll find her working in her yard, playing catch with her 2 large fur babies, watching college football or spending time with family & friends.
