Brad began his financial services career with Morgan Stanley, where he developed his fundamental investment knowledge. He joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2011 and made the move to Stifel in 2021.

Brad first seeks to understand his clients’ current situation, concerns, risk tolerance, and their financial goals. He then uses this information to formulate an investment strategy and develop a comprehensive wealth management plan. This plan is periodically reviewed with clients as their lives change, and the appropriate adjustments are made.

Brad earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP® Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination.

Brad enjoys working with local non-profit groups to help them pursue their goals. Brad and his family have also volunteered with The Haven for Children, a local organization that is dedicated to serving foster children by providing therapeutic shelter and care in a homelike environment.

An Ohio native, Brad and his wife, Debbie, reside in Melbourne. They have five children, Kelsey, Lauren, Brennan, Emily, and Bryan. Outside the office, Brad enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing music.

Lisa Mercado is a Registered Client Service Associate at Roub Wealth Management Group.   She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.  Her primary focus is to lead the endeavors to continually build our business while maintaining quality measures to keep our clients raving fans.  She also oversees all communications, social media, and events.

Lisa’s career of more than 25 years includes a spectrum of experiences in sales, marketing, relationship management, business development, communications, and event planning.  The firms and organizations Lisa has represented have experienced immediate and consistent business growth as a direct result of her unique skill set.

Lisa truly enjoys people and strives to understand what they value and what brings them joy.  She understands how to nurture relationships while creating an excellent service experience, which has led to satisfied clients and a robust stream of referrals.  Due to her proven record of success in helping businesses accelerate, Lisa is considered to be a subject matter expert in client services and is a pursued speaker for the industry.

Raised in a proud military family, Lisa’s late father retired after 30 years of service in the United Sates Air Force and Civil Service/Department of Defense.  Her parents established roots in Palm Bay, Florida, where she spent her formative years.  She continued her education by earning a bachelor’s degree at Florida State University.

Lisa’s husband, Bill, is also a local from Satellite Beach, Florida.  They have been married for more than 25 years and are blessed with a beautiful daughter.  Between a full-time career and being a wife and mother, Lisa is a dance fitness instructor and choreographer of a unique program she co-founded called “Live2Dance.”

Drawing upon a broad background and extensive experience, Tashia is a well-rounded, capable, and enthusiastic team member who is deeply invested in every task under her care.  She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as life and health insurance licenses. 

Tashia moved to Brevard County from Seattle, Washington, when she began her financial services career in 2006.  She has facilitated block trading programs, coordinated marketing initiatives, conducted benefit enrollments, managed insurance cases, implemented software systems upgrades, and instituted streamlined processes for all aspects of her financial advisor’s practice. 

With her bright, genuine disposition, positive attitude, and focus on integrity, Tashia deeply enjoys building relationships with our clients.  She excels at delivering an outstanding client experience by anticipating their service needs and addressing potential future account-related challenges.  Tashia is a consummate professional with excellent analytical abilities.  Given her experience managing confidential information, Tashia exercises exacting discretion.  Most of all, she relishes opportunities to help others.

Tashia is an artist who works in various media, although lately she’s focused on silk painting and glass etching.  She and her husband, Yvens, enjoy studying the bible, camping, traveling, and watching classic western and kung fu movies.
